Tainan: Kaohsiung: Taipei 2024/2025

It was my first family trip in Kaohsiung. I did not expect much. I booked this place is because of the location and also the big room. 2 queen beds and there is enough space to place our 4 big luggages open side/side. Toilet was clean and with warm water to shower in this cold weather. During check in, the male receptionist mentioned the booking number in their system was different from this platform. I was abit annoyed because they could just use our passport if need to verify. No need for me to re-log in to email inbox/app etc. so until the lady came to advise then it went well. Apart from this, all was explained well. Hot water is at the corridor. Smoking is outside of the hotel. We respect the rules. Walking distance to Liuhe night market too. And also the MRT. Initially we didn’t know and alighted from Formasa, but Cuijin is much nearer! Overall is a pleasant stay and thank you very much Kaohsiung for your warmth and hospitality!

接待員需要教育訓練

一進門年輕的接待員（額頭很高）很不親切！一副愛理不理的樣子！跟他說我網路訂房的！他直接說沒有看到我的訂房紀錄！我請他確認第三遍才跟我說有看到（當下他也沒道歉）就安排住在F03 ！ 那個房間怪怪！我居然被壓床！隔天拉了一天的肚子！當然是鬼神之說！不是很實際我也不相信但是這也太詭異了！在想是不是壓力造成的
