The room wall is very thin you can hear the other rooms occupants. Not sound proof at all. Seen a roach climbing at the dining room wall during breakfast time.

I have stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were very nice and the services are consistent. They greet each time and will try their hardest to accommodate to your needs. However the hotel itself is pretty outdated. There’s a constant musky and smoke smell in the lobby and in the halls despite the no smoking signs. Since the shared ventilations are connected to every room, if someone smokes in another room, it’ll go into the others. In addition, the walls are PAPER thin. I can hear other guests in their rooms talking and taking showers. Sorry for eavesdropping but I can hear it loud and clear. My first two nights being in this hotel has gotten the toilet clogged which is unfortunate however they offered compensation which I appreciate. I got the wifi activated and password. However it did not work. I could connect to other guests’ wifi. But not on my own. (So sorry neighbors, I took your wifi!!!) The food was mid at most. The food were the same every single day, which I didn’t appreciate. I wish there was more variety. But free breakfast is free. I had 4 meal passes and I only used 2 of them. This is just me being picky, but I wish that there were common rooms or restrooms on each floors. But I understand not having them since it is an older building. I have came across other hotels which I wish I went to instead of this place. Realistically I would not come back. However if you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind the outdated restroom, then go ahead.

以便宜經濟實惠來說，算是一個良好的選擇， 當然已經在這裡許久所以某些設施是比較老舊的， 早餐的供應也算是還可以， 不過會希望清潔部分需要再做足一些，尤其是浴室 不知道為何會有一些黑色小碎片，不過隔音算滿好的， 床也還算舒適，但床單上有一隻乾癟的小蟲，除此之外好像都還不錯啦

Excellent hotel for business or leisure

Excellent hotel in the center of Kaohsiung for business or leisure. Compact but comfortable room with everything a traveller needs and a sofa for relaxing. For those who don't mind walking, it's only a 30mn walk from TRA Kaohsiung station. Metro station "Formosa Blvd" and the famous Liu He night market are also within walking distance. Very good buffet breakfast with sufficient diversity of food and drinks. There are restaurants, small eateries, convenience stores and cafes in the neighborhood. For those who travel to Kenting by bus no. 9188, the hotel is conveniently located near the stop "Howard Hotel" (福華飯店).

Highly recommended in Kaohsiung. Room is cleaned daily. New towels, everything is replenished including bottled water. Breakfast is buffet complete with coffee, juice, tea, soya milk, cold milk, salads, bread, rice, soup, vegies, pork, hotdogs, eggs, fries, etc. Location is about 10-15 min walk to the nearest station, Sinyi Elementary School (Orange Line) which is one stop from Formosa Blvd Station (you can actually walk to this station as well). Most staff do not speak english but are very polite in greeting you everyday. There's also a 7-11 store nearby, and Watson's too. I would definitely comeback.

thanks for a good stay

location was near Liuhe night market. filling buffet breakfast with good options of hot and cold dishes, hot and cold drinks and veggies, some meat. appreciated the daily housekeeping with well-stocked toiletries.wifi connection was good.there were two elevators that served ok with luggage.there were mosquitoes in our room when we checked in so i told front desk about it and i was given a bottle of insect repellent to be plugged. our room had no window though so would have found it nicer if there was.in my booking there should have been a window and a bathtub but none as it turned out. we were given 2 double beds for 3adults and a two year old toddler. staff friendly. we were able to leave our luggage after check-out so we could roam around and come back for them before going to the airport.
