除了六~八點的服務人員比較嚴肅，其他的時段服務人員都很親切。 房間裏的小地毯有點痕跡，其他都很乾淨。 房間安靜，很豪華，電視節目多到看不完。 有很多的小零食與不錯的消耗品。

浴池的水量實在太小，此外一切很棒

房間設備、床、被單等都非常好，很寬敞，有零食等很貼心。浴池還有冷熱兩個很豪華，可惜水量真的太小，熱水也不太夠熱，蒸氣室也不熱，等待泡澡花了一小時半以上，水池才夠水能下池，真是太可惜了，除此之外其他都很滿意，下次會想再來留宿。
