Housekeeping came so late in the day never had our bed made once..had to call for towels several times...the breakfast ran out of fruit before 9am a couple of days...was almost $4000 for 4 nights and not even close to the ocean

The room was dusty and not properly cleaned when we checked in. I had to wipe surfaces myself with sanitizing wipes. We checked in as a family of four, yet the room and amenities were consistently stocked for only two guests. On day one, I requested that towels, water, and other amenities be replenished daily for four people, along with daily housekeeping. Despite this request, every afternoon we returned to the room to find only 2–3 towels and just two water bottles. Housekeeping cleaned the room only once during our stay. I had to go to the front desk repeatedly, where staff seemed surprised—even though there was a note indicating daily housekeeping. On our last day, I was unable to take a morning shower because towel delivery took an excessive amount of time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, consistency, and follow-through significantly affected our stay.

The breakfast was wonderful. Just a couple of items to improve on, this was my 2nd stay at the hotel. As for the room service they only cleaned and made up one of the beds. There was no regular room service the whole week we were there. Also, having breakfast outside there were lots of flies around and in the sitting lobby area by the big screen TV. Otherwise, I would stay there again. Staff was always helpful and courteous. Thanks!

Very friendly staffs, amenities were quite ample and enjoyed every daily breakfast that had a lot of options. I learned of an unexpected check-In charge, but staffs were very polite to explain that was reasonable and understood.

The room was okay, our bathroom door didn’t work and when we closed it, it got stuck. My kids found a previous guests shaver under the bathroom vanity. The shower was very hard to adjust! It was either scalding or freezing. Had to have maintenance come up but he was great, efficient and friendly. The carpet felt damp and gooey. The extra bedding had hair in it (which happens I get it). All staff interactions were professional and pleasant. My son spilled a little splash of water by the elevator - majorly trafficked and I went and told someone immediately. She said she would take care of it. When I came back down 30 minutes later not only was the water still there but the mess had been added to… The biggest part for me is the AC. Why offer fan settings if your override immediately turns it off?! Ohhh we could not sleep because it would turn off and feel hot, and never really got comfortable.
