Fantastic breakfast offering included in our booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large and aesthetic room, very clean and luxurious feel. Pool and jacuzzi were great, and we could borrow towels. A few food options within walking distance but not great quality. I felt that the neighbourhood was a bit eerie. Only 20min from the airport in good traffic which was convenient for us.

The property has quick access to the highway, to groceries and drugstores, local food joints and public transportation. The beds are really soft, I recommend not using pillows if you need additional support for your back, unless it is under your knees. The gym was very clean, simple but functional and on the same floor as the mezzanine quiet area and had a UV purified water dispenser. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the kitchen staff was full of the Aloha spirit, smiles and greetings all authentic, no faking. I love experiencing that when I come home to visit.

Great out of the way location. Staff works hard and services provided were great. Rooms are much smaller than other Embassy Suites 8 have been to but very comfortable. Lighting in the room could be better and would feel safer if there were more security to the floors.

Great breakfast and a very decent hotel if you’re seeing family or doing business on the west side. Have stayed here more than once and would again.

Awesome stay but I was forced to clean the floor myself because it smelled like dirty water by the entrance. Other than that we were happy with the property and our stay.
