Enjoy your holiday in the middle of the OstseeResort Olpenitz in this modern semi-detached house. Here you can holiday in a quiet yet central location on the resort's Kapitänshalbinsel peninsula, just 150 m from the beach. The semi-detached house offers space for 4 people and is furnished in a modern and maritime style, so that you will feel particularly at home here during your holiday by the Baltic Sea.



You enter your holiday home via your small, covered terrace. The large sun terrace is located on the other side of the house. Here you can start the day with breakfast or end it with a glass of wine in the sunset.



The house is always worth a visit, even in the cooler months of the year: the underfloor heating throughout the house as well as the infrared cabin and whirlpool mean you can make yourself comfortable and relax at home.



The OstseeResort Olpenitz has a small bay with a sandy beach (approx. 700 m), and the kilometre-long sandy beach (Weidefelder Ostseestrand), which is supervised by the DLRG, is also not far away (2 km). Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.

Solide Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Lage an der Schlei und in unmittelbarer Strandnähe eröffnet viele Optionen für tolle Ausflüge und Aktivitäten: 1. Weidefelder (Sand-) Strand nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch bei großer Hitze nicht überlaufen. Dennoch DLRG bewacht, Strandkiosk und Online buchbare Strandkörbe. 2. Kappeln: unbedingtes muss sind Fischbrötchen von Föh und dänisches Eis, Raddampferfahrt nach Maasholm und Schleimünde, Bummel durch die Altstadt und Besuch der Kirche, Abstecher nach Arnis 3. Ausflug nach Schleswig: unbedingtes muss sind Eis und Kuchen im Café Alte Apotheke, ein Aufstieg auf den Turm des Doms, der Dom, ein Spaziergang über den Holm, ein Besuch von Schloß Gottorf sowie von Haithabu. 4. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen: Altstädte von Eckernförde und Flensburg, Schloß Glücksburg 5. Für Naturliebhaber absolutes muss: eine oder mehrere Wanderungen über die Geltinger Birk. Zum Ressort: gute Infrastruktur mit Edeka, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih, Restaurant und Eisdiele. Aber: noch sehr viel Bautätigkeit. Haus selbst ist solide, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben wir schon besser angetroffen.

Hält nicht ganz was es verspricht

Ein schönes Haus, allerdings bei dem Preis ist noch Spielraum nach oben. Kamin ist vorhanden aber eine Grundausstattung an Holz fehlt. Das gehört einfach dazu und wenn es nur eine kleine Grundausstattung ist. Es ist kein Fön vorhanden, auch dies gehört zu einer vernünftigen Ausstattung in diesem Preissegment dazu. Da der Einstieg der Badewanne extrem hoch ist, fehlt hier ein Griff. Hier besteht extreme Rutschgefahr. Auch dass man die Betten selbst beziehen muss, hatte nichts mit Urlaubsfeeling zu tun. Flecken in der Bettwäsche waren auch etwas unappetitlich. An einigen Ecken wurde nicht so gut geputzt. Bis auf diese Beanstandungen war es trotzdem ein netter Aufenthalt und eine schöne Gegend. Auch die Baustellen störten überhaupt nicht. Allerdings bietet der Ort außer Strand, einem Edeka (hat Sonntags zu) und einem kleinen Restaurant und Bar nicht mehr. Aber Kappeln ist nicht weit weg.
