Enjoy your relaxing vacation in OstseeResort Olpenitz. The spacious vacation home is ideal for two families traveling together who want to spend a relaxing vacation together.
The sleeping possibilities are distributed over four separate bedrooms, two additional sleeping places are located in the living area. In total, there are 3 TVs in the cottage, which have Internet TV with various HD channels. The shower room is equipped with an infrared heat cabin, so you can relax here after an exciting day at the beach.
The spacious living area can be wonderfully used as a meeting place for the whole family. Here you can gather in the bright dining area and have meals together. As a cozy highlight, there is a fireplace in the house.
Washing machine with dryer are also available in the cottage.
On the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air of the Baltic Sea. Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.
Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

Alles noch unfertig und braucht noch Zeit
Für unsere 3 Tage ist es ok. Für mehr noch nicht. 1 Restaurant, 1 schlecht sortierter EDEKA und noch nicht mal eine Eisdiele. Ein Fischbistro am kläglichen Strand, was nicht dauerhaft geöffnet war und das an der See. Da muss noch was passieren, wenn das noch ein 5* Resort werden möchte

Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nettes ServiceTeam
Ich kann mich nur positiv äußern.
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, sehr geräumig, und schön eingerichtet.
Die Lage mit etwas Blick zur Ostsee ist prima.
Besonders positiv möchte ich den Service bzw das Serviceteam vor Ort hervorheben !!
Wir hatten etwas Persönliches im Ferienhaus vergessen - und wurden hier sehr nett unterstützt.
Immer freundlich und sehr engagiert wurde mir hier geholfen und der Versand des Teiles organisiert.
Großes Lob :-) ...
Sehr gerne würden wir hier jederzeit wieder buchen ...

Für zwei Familien super geeignet
Hat uns gut gefallen, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 kleine Kinder und hatten genug Platz. Nur die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist abends etwas ungemütlich, hier würden ein paar indirekte Lichtquellen Abhilfe schaffen.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren mit einer Frauengruppe über Pfingsten in Olpenitz. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für uns optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (edeka mit Bäckerei) mit gutem Angebot vorhanden. Über den noch andauernden Ausbau der Ferienanlage waren wir informiert und es hat nicht gestört. Am Strand entlang kann man bis zum Nachbarort laufen. Dort findet man, was man in Olpenitz (vielleicht) noch vermisst.

richtig schön für ein verlängertes Wochenende
Alles im Haus ist super neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 2 Familien genau richtig von der Größe. Besonders der Esstisch, an dem wir zu acht richtig gut Platz hatten war der Mittelpunkt unserer Urlaubstage.
Ende Januar waren in der Gegend quasi noch alle Bürgersteige hochgeklappt, sodass das Freizeitngebot in der Umgebung etwas dünn war. Aber bei dem schönen Haus wollten wir auch gar nicht viel raus.
Außenanlagen in der Feriensiedlung sind noch im Werden, aber auch das war ja richtig beschrieben.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Schönes Haus, jedoch sehr hellhörig
Wir wussten ja das rundherum noch gebaut wird und das war auch gar nicht schlimm. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und genau wie beschrieben. Absolut schön und gemütlich!! Jedoch hört man unten jedes Wort was oben im Zimmer bei verschlossener Tür gesprochen wird, es ist sehr hellhörig und quietscht und knarrt. Wir sind auch gespannt wie es noch rundherum angelegt wird, aktuell ist es natürlich noch sehr steril rundherum .. aber das ist bei einem Neubau auch ganz normal! Mir gefiel es aber nicht, dass es nur einen großen Sammelplatz für Müll gibt. Und um dort seinen Müll los zu werden, muss man noch erst nen Schlüssel holen. Und da das Areal auch im allgemeinen sehr groß ist, ist der Weg zur Müllentsorgung sehr weit .. es wäre sehr gut, wenn es gelegentlich immer kleinere Müllstationen gibt.
