Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and an impressive view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury.
Cosy barbecue evenings can be held on the balcony. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the fantastic sunsets that can be watched.
The living area with sofa and large flat-screen TV offers plenty of space for cosy TV evenings. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme, which can be enjoyed from the cosy sofa or the comfortable rocking chair. And when the flame is lit in the electric fireplace, cosiness takes over.
The adjoining and extensively equipped kitchenette with a dining table for up to 3 people is ideal for lunches and dinners together.
The cosy bedroom, equipped with a double box-spring bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room can also be made up for an additional person.

Rundum gut, Ausstattung und Individualität
der Wohnung war Spitze, es fehlt an nichts,
allerdings sollte die Gesamtanlage nicht
noch weiter zugebaut werden!

Sehr schöne stilvolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den Yachthafen.
Vermietungsagentur + Ansprechpartner direkt im Haus.
Edeka mit Bäcker nebenan.
Netter Italiener um die Ecke, ansonsten bietet Kappel eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.
Sandstrand fußläufig erreichbar, auch in der kalten Jahreszeit schön zum Laufen.
