This delightful summer house, located near a beautiful beach on the Baltic coast in Northern Germany, is in the newly developed holiday resort of Olpenitz, close to the charming town of Kappeln. The house can comfortably host up to 18 guests and is pet-friendly. It boasts a range of amenities including a large swimming pool with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The house also features an activity room equipped with darts, table tennis, billiards, and a PlayStation 4, alongside a bar with a fridge. The well-appointed kitchen is designed for large-scale cooking, with two dishwashers, multiple cookers/ovens, sinks, and ample fridge and freezer space.
