3 mins walk to the Karangahake reserve swingbridge and historic goldmining walks.

For children there is a play area up at the Karangahake School just a few minutes walk. Access only outside of school hours.

Rail trail cycleway 5 mins walk. Falls Retreat restaurant and Waikino Tavern restaurant 5 mins drive. Waihi Beach 20 mins drive.

What a charming little cottage in a most picturesque spot. With 3 bedrooms it gave our family of four a comfortable, sweet home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry provides everything you need to be self sufficient. Aircon, wood fire & hot tub all catering for multiple weather conditions. Highly recommend.

This was a favorite space of everyone in my family! The indoor space was fantastic, and I loved the hot tub. The sun room! I just loved spending the rainy evening curled up in the sun room reading a book. My sons enjoyed the provided board games, everyone slept well, and we all loved the quirky fun decor.
