ATTENTION ARNAQUE

Fuyez ! Nous avions réservé et payé mais sur place, on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de réservation et qu’ils ne sont pas sur la plateforme. Comme nous parlons indonésien, on attend le propriétaire qui ne viendra jamais. La voisine en face nous confirme que toutes les semaines, les étrangers se font avoir ; sur Google, on trouve les mêmes avis : il demande un surplus pour une chambre surclassée soit disant. Comme on s’est énervé dans sa langue, nous n’avons pas eu cette proposition ! Mais avons dû reprendre un autre hôtel à nos frais. Hôtels.com a essayé de le joindre sans succès. On attend de voir si on sera remboursé… ARNAQUE !!!
