Spacious apartment with a stunning view on the sea and a private swimming pool. The apartment is located just next to the private beach. The apartment covers the whole ground floor(semi-basement) of the villa and has 3 bedrooms and each room has a private bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen is available with refrigerator, oven, cooking panel, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.
All bedrooms have a separate bathroom, flat screen TV with satellite programs. Apartment has a washing machine.

Enjoy the sunset over the sea with barbecue and glass of wine in the backyard.
Swimming pool in the backyard has an amazing sea view.

Cesarica is perfectly located place that allows you to explore this amazing region. Velebit mountain, Plitvice lakes, city of Zadar, islands Pag and Rab are perfect destinations for a day trip (4 national parks are nearby).

Erholsamer Urlaub mit fantastischer Aussicht und Ruhe

Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es sind 3 baugleiche Wohnungen (EG, 1. + 2. OG) in diesem Haus. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Der Ort Cesarica ist sehr klein, einkaufen und Essen kann man nur in Karlobag ca 5-6 km entfernt. Aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Die Vermietervertreter Mihaela und Mario stehen immer mit Rat und super Tips parat! Über kleine Wege kann man direkt zum Meer runter gehen. Dort sind viele kleine Plateaus mit Einstiegen. Es ist eine ruhige Bucht. Fantastisches Wasser, glasklare Sicht und kleine Fische! Alles war traumhaft!

Nette Vermieter und gute Lage

Es war ein sehr gutes Apartment mit allem was man brauchte. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah am Meer und Pool. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz wie erhofft, mussten einiges nochmal sauber machen. Sehr nette Vermieter haben alles gezeigt und gesgat.
