The penthouse is situated in a quiet and green environment, yet offers quick access to the city center. Public transport is just a few minutes' walk away, making exploring the city very convenient. You will find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Additionally, the surrounding parks and green spaces offer ideal opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
