Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Sentralt og hyggelig

Hotellet ligger så sentralt i Karlstad som det kan gjøre. Betjeningen var hyggelig, rommet var fint og i god stand. Det største minuset var at vi hadde problemer med å få TV'n til å strømme fra mobilene våre. Ellers kunne det gjort seg med et skrivebord, men det hadde vi kanskje fått på et dyrere rom. Spa'et i underetasjen var fin, men kan ikke sammenliknes med det man finner på rene spa-hoteller. Alt i alt et hotell vi kan anbefale.
