Lovely home in Motovun with WiFi

Villa Doria is a spacious holiday home with pool in the quiet village Škropeti in Central Istria.

The house is located on an enclosed property of 2000 sqm where guests have use of a pool of 24sqm, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue, children's playground with swing and slide, table tennis, badminton / volleyball net and several parking spaces.

In the village itself there is a shop and café, about 1 km from the house is a restaurant. Other usable facilities such as supermarket, ATM, bakery and others are in Pazin, about 11.5 km away, while in 25 km distant city of Porec there are beaches and various leisure activities.



Villa Doria of 180 sqm on two floors is equipped for 8 people. On the ground floor is spacious air-conditioned living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, one air-conditioned double bed bedroom, a shower/toilet, separate toilet and a playroom with table tennis and fitness equipment. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wonderful House!

We‘ve been there the second time and spent two weeks in the wonderful house (6 adults, 2 kids). Great hosts, super clean, good equipped, much space.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderschön und praktisch eingerichtet, der Pool ist ein absoluter Highlight. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt und würden jederzeit wieder zurückkehren. Absolut zum Empfehlen! ??

Alles super, nette Vermieter die nicht aufdringlich waren, wann immer sie vorbeigekommen sind wurde es vorher abgestimmt. Alles in allen sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko für uns war das es leider keine Rolladen oder Fensterläden gab, so war es leider sehr früh hell in den Zimmern und die Kids entsprechend wach. Wen sowas nicht stört macht hier bei dem Haus nichts falsch.

Die Villa Doria ist traumhaft.

Die Villa Doria ist traumhaft. Der große Garten mit Pool sowie auch die Einrichtung/Utensilien ließen keine Wünsche offen. Bei Ankunft stand ein Obstkorb bereit und während unserem Aufenthalt durften wir 2 Flaschen Wein verkosten. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzigstes Manko war das knarrende Bett und das Gebell der Hunde (Trüffelhunde). Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für die schön Zeit.
