This spacious, newly built semi-detached house offers space and comfort for the whole family. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The living-dining area, with a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen, is flooded with light and offers direct access to the garden. On the west-facing side of the garden, you'll find a furnished terrace with a beach chair and charcoal grill. The first of three bedrooms and a guest toilet with a shower are also located on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the other two bedrooms are located. From these rooms, you have views of the dike and the Eider River beyond. A small room with a couch and desk, as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, are also located on the upper floor.
