Refused any refund on four night stay

I left immediately and didn’t stay any night. Booked a four night stay and they refused any refund but told my local friend they would refund me. Refused all calls from hotels.com Terrible customer service

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Tesis fotoğraflarda gösterildiği kadar yeni ve konforlu değil. Odalar sigara kokuyor. Havlular eski. Banyoda su az akıyor. Sabah 10:00’a kadar olan kahvaltıyı 09:40 restoranda olmamıza rağmen toplanmış bulduk. Bize tabak ile kahvaltı servisi yapıldı. Sezon ortası bina içinde ve dışında tadilat yapılması otelin ne kadar kötü yönetildiğinin göstergesi. Zaten 1 ay sonra sezon kapanmasından dolayı misafir sayısı minimuma inecektir. Şehir merkezinin de dışında olması hizmet, konfor, hijyen kriterlerinin de oldukça düşük olması nedeniyle kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Fiyatları da şehir merkezindeki birçok çok daha iyi otel ile aynı.

Yardımsever ve Güleryüzlü

Doğu illerinde maalesef sigara içilen ve içilmeyen oda ayırımı henüz daha bilinçlendirilmemiş. Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim.
