Just 150 metres from the sea in the most sought after area of Kalamar Bay, Villa Manzara has spectacular views from every bedroom.
We love waking in the morning to a direct view of the sea and mountains, and hope you will too!

Less than a 5 min walk and you can simply dive in the turquoise calm sea for a relaxed swim.

Villa Manzara is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with

- 2 lounges

- 2 dining terraces, giving you the freedom to choose how and where your group would like to eat, drink and relax. Either small group under the bougainvillea or larger group next to the bbq.

- relaxed seating areas both on the roof terrace, and in a shaded area by the pool, on your own balcony, as well as sun loungers and beanbags. It is very spacious.

The villa is of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool with large sunbathing area, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances.

The views are stunning from every floor, window and balcony of the villa.

Within a 5 min walk is the sea with 3 beach clubs:
- Kalamar (for families)
- Lures Hotel (for 5* luxury)
- Kulube Hotel (for a quiet chilled vibe in a pretty bay).

5 min drive to the the old town and harbour.

There are plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and we provide a local Turkish mobile for easy contact with taxis when you're 'out and about'

If you are keen on nature, the villa is by the Lycian Way which provides miles of picturesque walking trails.

The villa is maintained by an English/Turkish company, who keep our home in perfect condition, with a pool guy visiting at least once per day.

We provide a Turkish mobile phone with all useful telephone numbers for our agent, taxis, restaurants, gulet cruises as well as the doctor and the dentist.

The villa has full wifi.

The roof terrace with Turkish seating and relaxed bean bags can also be accessed via a separate door outside the bedroom.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA MANZARA:
There are so many different areas outside at Villa Manzara. Everyone can have a space to call their own.
The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. Great for picking a lemon for G&T or some rosemary for lamb on the bbq!

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols and 2 outdoor bean bags.
There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade.
The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group.
The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area.
The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars!
If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

Villa Manzara is on a quiet street Kalamar Bay.

The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants if your group want to stay local. There is also an option to book a private chef to cook for you as another option.

As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 15 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS:
Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby.
The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!
