Our Turuncu ( means Orange) Apart is duplex Apattment and good for two families since there are two separate bath room. It is arr. 70 quite large compared to other apartments. It has fantastic sea , mountain, peninsula, island view. The balcony looking out all Part of in Kas . The name "Turuncu" comes from the decoration colour which is mainly orange .The roof floor have windows with sea and mountain view really fantastic



Our Apartments are in the center of Kas . All are new and have amazing Kas Bay view including Marinas, Greek Island and Natural Horbour called "Liman Agzi", You can also see the mountain behind from the balconies which are quite large enough for guests to enjoy to watch sun set of Kas which is amazing from our units. Buildings are all new and units were tastefully decorated by my wife Dilsad , includes all necessary equipment, kitchenware equipment . As a standard , all rooms and dinning rooms have separate A/C Flat satellite TV, WI-FI and all other house equipment such as Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/stove,Iron, Owen, Washing Machine. As a location, it is very quite, may be the quietest part of Kas center where you can walk easily.Just a 5-7 minutes walk down to Kucuk Cakil beach, main square, harbor, shopping areas , bars restaurants, cafe shops. Because of the wonderful view from the Balconies, trust you will prefer spending more time in our Balconies not to miss the moments while sun rising or setting . Evening Dining in balconies with the twinkling lights of Kas and Marina is another attractive point of our units since the area is very quite.
