• Second Floor Bedroom-1: Double bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, and balcony. Bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, make-up table and balcony.

• Second Floor Bedroom-2: Double bed, bath and walk-in shower, balcony with panoramic views. Bedroom includes double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe with mirror, make-up table and balcony. En-suite comprises a bath tub as well as a modern walk-in shower.

• Top Floor Suite (Master Bedroom): Double bed, en-suite with jacuzzi, and large roof terrace with breathtaking views across Kalamar Bay. In addition, the bedroom includes bedside tables, armchair, wardrobe with mirror and a large roof terrace which features a modern patio set for four.

All rooms are air-conditioned and finished to a good standard, combining comfort with style.

Guest Notes

The property is suitable for children, but supervision is required around the pool and jacuzzi areas.
Infinity pool is 36m2 in size and regularly maintained by staff
A welcome pack including bread, tea, coffeee, water (see below) wine and snacks will be provided.
There is a refrigerated water dispenser in the kitchen — first carboy is complimentary. Replenishments are to be ordered by guests thus not complimentary.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Earliest check-in is at 3.00 pm and check-out is at 10.00 am
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: For stays longer than 7 nights and shorter than 11 nights, towels and bed linen will be changed for a fresh set. For stays that are 11 nights or longer, a free mid-week clean will be organised on your preferred day.
Flooring: there are glossy marble tiles in the living area (incl. stairs), ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and natural travertine tiles on the terrace surfaces- caution required when floors are wet.
Pool terrace is equipped with 8 sun loungers, 3 parasols, 4 coffee tables, BBQ, modern lounge set for 4 persons, 2 glass top tables and 8 chairs for outside dining.

Airport transfer from Dalaman can be arranged upon request.
