Villa Olivia is on the corner of one of the prettiest streets in Kalkan. As you come down the stairs into a garden filled with fruit and olive trees there is an immediate sense of a delightful calm on arriving at your Mediterranean home.

You are greeted by a modern yet traditional feel. As you step into the house you enter a large sitting room with two double French doors opening onto the dining terrace. This overlooks a spacious garden, and the villa’s own private pool. At the end of the garden a small iron gate gives private access to the Likya club pool, reputed to be the largest in town, filled with even more sun loungers and a pool bar. It’s great for swimming lengths before breakfast. The club pool has its own staff, and is available to all members of your party for a modest £50 per week to cover club costs – to be agreed in advance. Only four houses have this private access.

It is a beautifully bright house with ample space for all to relax and enjoy. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with its own terrace in the garden. On the first floor is the master bedroom with views out onto the harbour, and its own balcony. There is another double bedroom on this floor, also with its own balcony, with tranquil views onto the garden.

The penthouse bedroom enjoys the roof terrace, with comfortable seating and a stunning view over Kalkan bay, perfect for your whole party to come together to enjoy glorious sunsets and that drink before dinner. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, fans, and air conditioning

Villa Olivia is just a short walk to both the sea and the centre of Kalkan with its’ huge choice of restaurants and shops. Complimentary shuttle boats run from the harbour to the beach clubs around the bay, or alternatively, directly below the villa within a gentle 8 minute walk, there is Indigo Beach and Yali Beach Clubs.

The sitting room leads on to a well-equipped modern kitchen complete with an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and filter coffee machine.

You will be amazed at the size of the terrace and garden that comes with a villa so close to Kalkan town and its fantastic beach clubs. Indigo Beach Club often has feature evenings that are great fun.

This is a property well suited to those with older children who enjoy some independence as they can easily walk to and from the town centre and the beach clubs.
