Boating and fishing in the slack waters of Tustumena Lake (5 min). Fishing at Crooked Creek (5 min), Kasilof River (5 min), and beach combing, fishing, and boating at Kasilof beach (15 min).
Caribou Hills Trail system Trail Head (5 min) offers snow machine in winter and ATV in the summer.

DIRECTIONS: Turn left off the Sterling highway opposite the fire station onto Johnson Lake Rd. Go 1/3 mile and turn left onto Tustumena Lake rd. Go 1.5 miles and after the slightly up hill s curve, on the left, you will see a large log ranch gate, which is the driveway. Follow the narrow, winding driveway to the top of the hill.
