Schöne und moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage von Kassel

Tolle Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür und Abstellraum für unsere Fahrräder. Promblemloser Check-In über den Schlüsselsafe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder auf dem Fuldaradweg. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Ebenso findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Empfehlung

In dem Haus sind zwei FW, wir hatten die obere Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet, Betten sind gut. Edeka Markt ist nur 100m entfernt. Auto ist aber zu empfehlen wenn man Essen gehen will. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es nichts vernünftiges. Insgesamt sehr schön und wir würden es wieder buchen falls wir nochmals nach Kassel gehen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Host war sehr zuvorkommend. Eine Anleitung für die sehr modernen Küchengeräte wäre noch schön gewesen. Wir hatten ein entspanntes Wochenende in der Unterkunft.

Schöne und gut angebundene FeWo

Die FeWo liegt eher am Stadtrand, ist aber über 2 Buslinien (2 Minuten zu Fuß), die im 10-Minuten-Takt fahren, gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein und nur mit den offensichtlichen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Wir baten daher um ein Holzbrett und einen Durchschlag und haben beides am gleichen Tag erhalten, da der Eigentümer im gleichen Haus wohnt. Alle Räume, auch das Bad, sind hell und groß, die Betten bequem. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist mäßig befahren. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
