Very filthy and no amenities

Very poor communication about check-in. There were cigarette butts in the kitchen sink. The apartment seemed to not have been cleaned recently; it was very dirty as was the bathtub. A cabinet door fell off to the floor. There was no hot water in the morning with no instructions about how to activate a water-warming system if one existed. The apartment smelled of mildew.
Stayed 1 night in May 2023
