This villa is located in Kastelir, only 7 km from beautiful beaches and 12 km from Porec. Within a radius of 500-800 metres there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ATMs, a typical Istrian tavern, a wine road and other facilities. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2017. This modern villa has its own, fully fenced garden of approx. 400 m2 with a well-kept lawn and offers its guests in the outdoor area: a covered terrace with dining table, brick barbecue, a 24 m2 swimming pool with swing and slide for children and a covered car park for two vehicles. This beautiful holiday home for 6 people with a living area of 170 m2 on two floors is fully air-conditioned and consists of a high ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with access to a large covered terrace with dining table and views of the pool and garden, a separate toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, a children's bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony with wonderful panoramic views and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, a separate WC and a tavern with a large dining table.
