We had a wonderful stay. Our balcony had a view of a small lake. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we liked the interesting layout of the hotel. We loved our dinner at their restaurant across the street. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the hotel.

Heerlijk hotel, prachtige details en erg goed afgewerkt. Lekker ontbijt, goede bedden en lekker douche. Rustige omgeving en een restaurant van de dezelfde eigenaar waar je uitstekend kunt eten met een erg leuke menukaart. Een groot parkeerterrein, en voldoende mogelijkheden om een leuke wandeling te maken. Er werd het nodige onderhoud aan het hotel gepleegd maar daar hadden we geen last van. Al met al een prima verblijf, maar zeker niet goedkoop.

Alles super. Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Personal sehr nett. Ausstattung der Zimmer sind hervorragend und mehr als erwartet. Das einzige Manko ist, dass man nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Paar kleine bereitgestellte Getränke im Kühlschrank beim Auschecken zu bezahlen sind (ausser einem Hinweis im Hotelheft, dass die Preise für gewünschte EXTRA Getränke an der Rezeption zu entnehmen sind). Ansonsten sind wir zufrieden und würden bedenkenlos wieder dort übernachten.

Problème d'accueil

A notre arrivée j'ai remis la copie de notre réservation à la personne présente qui l'a donné à une autre personne. Celle-ci non plus ne comprenait rien et semblait désorientée nous demandant à plusieurs reprises si nous avions réservé alors qu'elle détenait notre copie de réservation, pour finalement nous remettre des clés. Nous avons réglé la facture le lendemain à cette même personne ne sachant toujours pas si l'encaissement a été fait par rapport à notre réservation.
