Ayia Marina Villa is located in the picturesque village of Kathikas. The villa sits on 2000 square meters surrounded by Vineyards and with panoramic Sea and Mountain views. The house sleeps 6, has free Wi-Fi, a private pool and all modern amenities.

The Ayia Marina Villa was built in 2016 with combined traditional and modern architecture. It has 3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 2 twin), modern kitchen, fireplace, gorgeous BBQ area, and a private pool. It is beautifully furnished with both modern and antique furnishings and fixtures.The private pool is surrounded by mature landscaping and a spectacular BBQ area. The BBQ area has two traditional stove ovens for barbequing and a huge dining area covered by a bamboo canopy.

The Villa offers the perfect combination of a peaceful and private location, natural scenery with fantastic nature trails close to the Villa, and stunning views across the vineyards to the Coral Bay coastline. The most magnificent sunsets can be seen from the Villa. The Villa is surrounded by open countryside and offers the ultimate in privacy.

Kathikas Village

Kathikas is a picturesque village in the heart of Paphos. It is wine country and the area is famous for its vineyards. It is a traditional village which still retains an old world character with its stone houses and churches. It is a quaint Cypriot village with all modern amentias.
Kathikas is 22 km from Paphos, 14 km from Latchi and 12 km from Coral Bay. Kathikas central location makes it an ideal base from which to explore the Akamas Peninsula, Lara Bay (turtle hatchery), Polis, Baths of Aphrodite, Saint Neophytos Monastery, to mention but a few.

Lovely property, outstanding views, peaceful atmosphere, everything we needed was there.

The hosts were very accessible and helpful, the location fantastic - far away from the crowds, but with spectacular views. The home gave us space for a real holiday.

Absolutely amazing home! A beautiful breeze and the interior and exterior of the house was extremely unique. Communication with Maria was fast and reliable. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to future guests! A 11/10 stay from us.
