A beautiful wooden roof chalet builted with lefkara traditional stone situated in a slope of a mountain.
The chalet of 200 sq.m. has a large living room with a corner grey leather couche and a marble fire place. It s connected with a wooden kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, electric oven, cooking rings, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric water kettle, a sandwich grilliere, an instant coffee machine and a microwave. Also, dishes, glasses and all needed kitchenware. In the kitchen there is an old wooden table which fits up to 10 people.
In the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed and balcony. In the second floor there is another bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom.
The chalet is builted in a plot of 800 sq.m. It' s surrounded by a garden full of fruit trees. There is also a place to park up to 4 cars.
It has a spectacular view of mountains and long distance sight of sea. A quiet place in a 500 meters height to spend your vacations, only 30 minutes driving distance from Limassol, Larnaka and Nicosia. The nearest beach is in Agios Theodoros, 15 minutes driving distance.

Ein Traum im November
Wir waren Anfang November für eine Woche auf Zypern. Es war unsere erste Reise dorthin, mit Sicherheit aber nicht unsere letzte!
Das Chalet ist äußerst großzügig, sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es verfügt über 4 Doppelbettzimmer, die alle ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Fenster haben. Von drei Schlafzimmern hat man zudem Zugang zu einer jeweils eigenen überdachten Veranda. Die große Veranda vor dem Wohnzimmer bietet einen spektakulären Blick über Berge bis zum Meer.
Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet überdurchschnittlichen Komfort. Von dort kann man direkt nach außen gelangen, um Einkäufe aus dem Auto zu holen oder Zitronen vom Baum zu pflücken.
Das Chalet liegt am Ortseingang von Kato Lefkara. Man braucht kein Auto, um den kleinen Ort mit Tavernen und Cafes innerhalb weniger Minuten zu errreichen.
Unsere Vermieterin Stavroula ist eine hilfsbereite, umsichtige, jeder Zeit erreichbare, engagierte und äußerst freundliche Person. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen auf Zypern waren mehr als hilfreich.
