Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten der Korrespondenz war der Kontakt nett. Das Wohnhaus ist nicht der Hit, das Treppenhaus schäbig und es müffelt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie auf den Bildern schön. Allerdings war es für unsere Verhältnisse in der Wohnung zu kalt. Schlafzimmer gibtkeiHeizung.

Coole Wohnung mit Mängeln

Der Check-In war einfach: Es gibt eine Schlüsselbox beim Eingang des Hauses. Der Weg in den fünften Stock ohne Lift ist nicht ganz ohne. Dass eine Katze ins Treppenhaus gesch*** hat und das unseren ganzen Aufenthalt über deutlich riechbar war, machte das Erklimmen der 93 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung beschwerlich. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut lüftbar. Leider hat es in den Zimmern wie auch in der Galerie keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten (Vorhänge, Storen oder Fensterläden). So war es sehr früh schon hell und schlafen war nicht mehr möglich. Ausserdem hat es im einen Zimmer und auf der Galerie beim Bett keine Lampen - es gibt nur das Hauptlicht, das mit einem Schalter ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann, der weit von den Betten weg ist. Die Küche ist nicht optimal gelungen: Beim Herd hat es keinen Abzug, der Geschirrspüler lässt sich wegen eines Balkens nur wenig öffnen, so ist es mühsam ihn zu beladen. Ausserdem hat es nur drei Weingläser und auch sonst wenige Gläser. Im einen Badezimmer hat es nur eine Badewanne ohne Brause und Schlauch - so kann dort nicht geduscht werden. Das andere Badezimmer ist gut ausgerüstet mit einer Regenwald-Dusche und viel Platz. Im Wohnzimmer hat es einen riesigen Fernseher. Leider schafften wir es nicht, ihn zum Anzeigen von Sendern zu bewegen. Der Besitzer hat während unserer Abwesenheit die Wohnung mit unserer Erlaubnis betreten, um etwas abzuholen. Danach hat er nicht abgeschlossen. Das war ärgerlich; entschuldigt hat er sich dafür nicht.
