Really nice hotel. Some staff needs more training

Overall the stay was a good experience. Except for check in. The lady working when I checked in took almost 20 minutes to get me checked in, there was no one in line infront of me or behind me so I was a little confused about why it took so long. Was kind of inconvenient considering I had been driving for 11hrs that day and had my Wife and kids waiting in car. I asked why it was taking so long to get my reservation figured out and she just said she usually works at a different hotel and that was really the only explanation she gave for amount of time it took. I also had to call the property after checking my credit card statement and seeing I had been charged for a couple days things I shouldn’t have. I was just told that the lady checking me had made a mistake and they would refund me.
