Casa Azilem, situated in the picturesque village of Kateleios in the South of Kefalonia island, surrounded by olive tree hillsides with a view to the Ionian sea. The area has a unique sense of tranquility and only 900M from the Blue Flag Ag. Varvara beach and Kateleios village.
Ideal for families with Children and/or Couples vacation. Built in 2023, has a plain style that blends in with the surrounding area creating a sense of serenity and harmony.
The villa is fully equipped and has a private pool.
1st floor: living room with open plan kitchen, dining area and terrace with lounge and dining area.
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with sofa bed(accommodates 2) with private bathroom. There is also a kitchenette and private office.

Amazing place to have a relaxing holiday
Casa Azilem is an amazing place to have a relaxing holiday in Kefalonia. The villa has views to the sea and is well positioned being walkable to the town.
The swimming pool was a big attraction although a couple more sun loungers would be beneficial.
The kitchen had plenty of utensils, glasses and plastic cups for having round the pool. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space.
Zoi, the owner, was very responsive to my messages and was very thoughtful in adding something to our welcome pack as we had a very late arrival. Thank you Zoi for your help and restaurant suggestions.
We will be back to Kefalonia and will definitely stay at Casa Azilem

Family Holiday
The entire experience was amazing. From the initial welcome from Nektari at the villa to the care and attention throughout our stay, ensuring everything was just right for us. The villa is beautiful with everything you need and lots of little touches, as well as great equipment. The location is perfect as well.
