Chic Contemporary 3 Bedroom Villa with stunning sea and mountain views
The villa was built in 2023 and finished a very high contemporary chic standard. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms each with its own ensuite and large doors opening onto the front terrace.
A beautiful open plan kitchen with all modern and high spec equipment. A tastefully decorated living space flows out through huge glass doors onto the terrace.
Outside the private pool is complemented by excellent dining and seating spaces to enjoy weather and views.
The villa is well suited to small families or couples. The space also work exceptionally well for two or more couples holidaying together.
The villa is tucked away in a corner and not overlooked, giving it privacy.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool und Meerblick
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Vista Mare. Der Kontakt mit Tammy war immer schnell hergestellt , wenn man sie brauchte. Ausserdem hatte sie uns bereits bei unserer Ankunft einige nützliche Tipps geschrieben. Das Haus hatte alles was man brauchte. Schöner Aussenbereich, Pool ,Lounge ,Grill und Meerblick. Im Wohnbereich fehlte es an nichts. Küchenutensilien in einer sehr modernen Küche waren alle reichlich vorhanden. Die drei gleichen, klimatisierten Schlafzimmer, alle mit Bad en Suite, hatten elektrische Aussenjalousien mit Fliegenschutz. In der näheren Umgebung waren mehrere kleine Supermärkte und viele Essensmöglichkeiten die zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Der Strand von Lourdada war sehr schön und sauber auch hier hat es an Essens und Trinkmöglichkeiten nicht gefehlt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind von diesem Standort bestens gegeben, Mietwagen ist hier aber sehr empfohlen. Aktuell wird in der näheren Umgebung sehr viel gebaut also hat man doch ein bisschen Einschränkung wegen Baulärms. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen in der Villa . Der Pool wurde Regelmässig gereinigt , dies wäre für das Haus auch angebracht gewesen , dass hier eine Zwischenreinigung stattgefunden hätte. Allgemein waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.
