Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property does not have an owner on site, owner does not take calls or return messages. Took my money and did not ever show up to provide the room. I wasted 6 hours waiting and had to find another hotel. Never got the money refunded. Travelocity was no help. Nobody in the town had ever heard of the owner Total ripoff. Total fraud.
