Perfectly positioned for convenience and accessibility, our home is just a 5-minute drive from Golf Town and offers quick access to Kelowna Airport, UBC Okanagan, Downtown Kelowna, and Orchard Park Shopping Centre.

Enjoy the comfort and modern design of our brand-new townhome, complete with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. It's the ideal retreat after a day of golfing, shopping, or exploring.

Guests will have full access to the entire townhome, including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
To access the 4th Room, go through the garage, it is like a separate den on the 1st floor, all other rooms are on the 3rd floor. Please make yourself at home and enjoy everything our space has to offer.
Other things to note
Our townhome is located in a quiet, residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during late hours. Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the townhome.
