Room roof started leaking water over night. When told the front desk we have a boat rental booked and now will miss it due to having to switch rooms and haul all our luggage and baby stuff to another room unexpectedly... maintenance staff actually had the audacity to say how is it the hotels fault. The room is leaking and so is that the customers fault?? We missed our morning due to this terrible hotel condition and they said sorry by giving us free breakfast vouchers in the hotel restaurant. Yeah because that makes up for a lost morning on what we had only come for a 3 day trip. Staff did not at all sympathize that we had a ruined day and a baby to deal with while trying to salvage our property and juggle moving it to another (much smaller) room after a rude 6AM awakening to leaking water in the roof. Never coming here again!
