Seems like a new hotel, clean quite friendly staff. It’s located in mid town Kelowna so is as good as it can be for the convenience of the city. Parking for our Ev truck was just big enough, charging is way over priced for the speed it was charging. Appreciated it being there but needs some attention.

I stay here often and as always it was a comfortable stay. Staff is helpful. There are some new 'rules' which I am not sure are corporate or only for this property ie parking charge. Out of all the places in Kelowna I fund this is one of the best.

I had a wonderful stay for 4 nights at this hotel while on the business trip and staff were amazing. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean and I loved the restaurant and their amazing food. Great breakfast with something different each day.
