Expected a lot more for the high price tag. Very noisy as it is right beside the freeway, couldn’t even order a glass of wine after 8pm, long check in wait, other guests were complaining of broken toilet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed some extra blankets and pillows and they were very accommodating. Clean rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was great! Only suggestion for improvement would be to get more comfortable mattresses for sofa bed.

Continental breakfast was good. We were booked into a room on the 4th floor in the front. We could not sleep , all we heard all night was the traffic. Next morning we went to reception to complain. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor in the back. However they said they were going to charge an additional $10 per night. We said no, and we were not charged. It was like the windows were made cellophane. They really need to be changed!!!!!

Road Noise 101

The first evening of four was very, very noisy as we were on the road side. Very little sleep ... very bad. We moved to the non road side the next morning and the next 3 nights were much better. You must ask would we stay there again?? Yes but only if there was room on the non road side.

A great hotel for the cost in Kelowna. Excellent rooms and staff. The lobby could use a revamp, but don’t judge it by that. Only small negative is it is quite far from the downtown and waterfront areas, but there are some good local shops and restaurants, anything important is within a short, Uber, and you can’t beat the price for the quality of stay.
