Modern, Beautiful home in the heart of the Okanagan with new appliances and furniture. Both front and back patios are designed for relaxing and pure enjoyment. Carport is perfect when the hot summer days are here, and we need that sunshade spot for BBQing , You'll walk into a spacious modern living area and kitchen. With a moden sleek look and large skylight,the space is welcoming and refreshing. 3 peice bath with deep soaker tub and floor to ceiling tile makes for a relaxing luxurious bath experience. In the master bedroom, a queen size bad with the most comfortable mattress and coverings for a relaxing nights sleep. Also in the master, sliding doors opening to the back yard and deck. Walk out to a newly build deck and pergola. Artificial grass so its always ready for bare feet :) beautifully landscaped putting green in back yard. When your back home relaxing there is still fun to be had :) In the second bedroom you'll find a twin over full large bunk bed fitted for either 2 adults and 1 child or 2-3 children. Each bedroom is outfitted with air temperature control, so everyone stays comfortable. Each bedroom has a smart tv, master has smart tv and cable. Livingroom tv is smart tv as well as TELUS tv. This home is equipped with hot water on demand and a water softener.All new kitchen ware and appliances for any cooks delight, cooking with the fresh fruites, veggies and farmed food is an absolute joy. The newly built community has a pickle ball court for your enjoyment, we do provide equipment

Fun backyard, great for kids

Was very clean upon arrival and lots to keep the kids busy with in the backyard - putting green, bocce ball, other outdoor games! Loved the covered front porch for morning coffee :)
