Great hotel

This hotel was perfect for a girls weekend trip. The location is ideal and within walking distance to food and drink. The room was nice and clean. The room had a microwave and mini fridge.The Beds were comfy. However, if you get a room facing the main road the traffic can be loud. It didn’t bother me however, my friends said it was too loud for them. One major down side was the water pressure in the shower was beyond horrible. The pool/hot tub area could also be cleaner. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again. We had a great weekend stay.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all great. Considering their location right next to the highway the road light and noise did not affect our sleep and I’m a very light sleeper. The only unfortunate thing was the adjacent streets east of the property seemed to have a less than savoury population which was unfortunate for the nearby restaurants, as I probably wouldn’t take my kids through there again, lest they witness something adult, illegal or illicit. The park next to the lake is lovely and the promenade along it takes you to a lively restaurant and shopping district which is much more family friendly.

There were some maintenance issues which I reported and they said they'd take care of it after we'd checked out. I would rather then be done while we were there so we didn't have to deal with broken things. Recently renovated so it was lovely inside. Very central and locations is great. It is noisy though.
