I found the hotel to be very noisy, especially those rooms that over looked the pool. There was not enough electrical plugs in the room, especially the bathroom. There was no electrical plug in the bathroom. The hallways were very noisy late at night.

Front counter staff were excellent. It was noisy as the room I was given faced a McDonald’s drive through and the ice machine was close. Safety might be an issue as every time I looked out the window there was homeless people hanging around.

Too many homeless people in the parking lot day and night. Express checkin for members was slower than the regular line. When I reported the toilet was plugged i was given a plunger. Sorry but that's not my responsibility, it's the hotel's.

Good location, but questionable customer service

Was provided a room that was recently renovated. It had new furnishing, but the bathroom was not updated. The bathroom door did not close (advised the front desk after check-in, but no one came to fix the issue). The room was next to rooms that were still being renovated. It had a dusty, paint smell, which is not good for anyone w/o PPE. In addition, the contractors were using their power tools like 8:30am already. Overall, close to many restaurants; the gym had many equipment; the room was nicely renovated (not the bathroom), but the hotel should not have even offered this room considering that this is the room next to the current reno work. Dusty, paint smell, and the contractors tools working at 8:30am is not acceptable. Cleanliness is questionable considering that the prior customers luggage tags were behind the chair. Neighborhood could be eery as homeless camp setup right next to the hotel (between McDonalds). Saw smashed car glass in the back parking lot - where we parked.

Unfortunately this property has not been maintained well. The rooms are shabby. The water pressure in the shower borders on painful, the ice machine in the hallway is so noisy it woke us up multiple times throughout the night and our vehicle was broken into overnight. Broken window and theft of property. This was not an inexpensive stay. We will not be back.

Although the hotel lobby is dark and dreary, our room was bright and clean. We had a suite, which was nice; however the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were old and worn having seen better days. The kitchen area was missing a stove, but a hot plate, microwave and toaster oven were available for cooking as well as a good size fridge for groceries. There is a lounge onsite as well as Denny’s next door, McDonalds and A & W practically in the parking lot, and for real special occasions, The Keg is within walking distance. There is plenty of shopping nearby. It’s a good hotel, apparently in the midst of renovations.

Staff is friendly and accomodating. Was able to check in early. Older hotel and they are doing renos. The bedding was clean but still smelled dusty. Our bathroom had missing pieces of tile around the shower and the toilet rocked but was functional and did not leak. All in all it was fine for the night as we were in town for an event and did not want to drive the 3 hours home.

It was what i needed. I was in an 'unrennovated' room nut mostly everthing was good...ecxept the toilet was not secured to floor. It moved alot. The bed though, was v comfortable.
