It's quite good value but the Hotel has passed it's best and requires a upgrade. It had no entertainment over Christmas so if thats what you expect you will be disappointed but if you want a pleasant quiet stay its perfect

Not a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is not 5 star. It’s a good 3 star. The hotel is old and needs refurbished. Bedroom was basic and old. Bathroom was a bath with shower over. You had to climb into the bath. It had shower doors to enclose it. Shower was not on a fitting above your head. Just on the wall & pointed directly at you. Not a great experience. No bathrobes provided. Food was very basic & barely warm. Not much choice of main courses. Wi-fi was terrible it was only free in the lobby area and most times didn’t work. You had to pay for the other Wi-fi which was 3 euros per day. There is no car park at the hotel you need to park in the street around the corner from the hotel. It is situated in a run down area. All inclusive drinks are local gin, vodka, raki & beer. Drinks were all fine. Indoor pool & gym was closed due to Covid restrictions. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and hard working. The hotel staff were wearing masks at all times. We were also wearing our masks at all times but we were the only guests doing this. The rest of the guests were not wearing masks and they were not being challenged. We were the only English speaking guests. It was mainly Russian tourists.

Close to nightclubs, small hotel, beach is outside

First of all we've been greeted by a very friendly and smiling lady at reception and had to wait until 1 pm to get into our room. Because we were a couple hours early, she let us use the pool and eat lunch until that time. The hotel has two pools; one inside the building downstairs and the other is between the wings of building. The hotel has two beaches, too. Unfortunately, you have to take the shuttle bus to get there. Nonetheless, stone beach is only 5 minutes away and the sandy one 10 minutes. I generally prefer stone one as it's easy to reach, you can even walk there on 15 minutes. The sea is very clear and bright. However the sandy beach is slightly contaminated thanks to ships there. And probably the worst thing of hotel is you get charged for anything you eat/drink at beaches. Shuttle bus is free yet not very frequent. Food is pretty decent, everyday for dinner they have barbecue/grill which is beyond decent. I can't say the same for drinks as the draft beer is not even good. I like red and white wine pretty much. Bartenders and interns tend to help as much as possible. Pool bar and restaurant bar crews are best. Housekeeping works very well, too. Animation team consist of only two people, one Turkish man and a Russian woman. You can join sports activities daily and karaoke/live music/ clubbing once or twice a week. Even though not very much activities available, both are very friendly and humorous. Snacks between lunch and dinner are inadequate. All in all,nice stay

Новогодняя программа оказалась недостаточно полноценной и не оправдала ожиданий. В целом отель, к сожалению, не соответствует заявленному уровню «5 звёзд». Помимо новогоднего вечера, по вечерам в отеле отсутствуют какие-либо развлечения — фактически единственным вариантом досуга остаётся спа. Общие зоны отеля выглядят неухоженными и грязными, за исключением номеров: они были чистыми, однако находятся в плачевном состоянии и явно требуют обновления. Питание в целом было нормальным, но снек-бар как таковой отсутствовал — на весь отель предлагался лишь один поднос с печеньем, что странно для отеля такого уровня. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники были вежливы, но практически не улыбались и не создавали ощущения гостеприимства. К сожалению, повторное желание посещения данного отеля - отсутствует!

Personel ler sanki soğuk duvar gibiydi.

En berbat konaklama oldu. Daha kötü otelde kaldım ama beş yıldızlı olmasına rağmen en berbat konaklama bu oldu çünki personel çok çalışıyor ve hepsi yorgun yüzlerinden okunuyor. sabah yedi de gelen personel akşam on da gidiyor. çok üzüldüm
