Horrible experience , horrible staff, very rude , unhelpful . The night guy doesn't deserve to be between people . We arrived around 3 pm, our rooms were not ready and no answer when they will be , so we went to the mall and came back around 10 pm. One of the rooms had a non-functional air condition so we asked to get another room , the rude guy said it's not possible ,so we had to stay in ours with an open door in a 30 degrees Celsius . The hotel has no room service , no phone , no toiletries , no tissues , no garbage bins , paid wi-fi, paid safe , paid beach towels . The pool closes at 6. Simply horrible experience with a horrible staff
