Hardly any parking available, with two small children and luggage it was not fun. Staff gave out wrong information about the information sheet we was give. Lifts aren’t exactly accessible

The room was nice and clean but didn’t get to sleep until 2am as there was a loud noise coming from the air conditioning vent which was like gushing water, it seemed to stop eventually, but missed out on a good nights sleep.

I was in room 611. It was noisy, the door outside creaked everytime it was used. The bathroom was very dated, there was no shower screen or curtain at all, although the shower pressure was so poor it made little difference. It's pricey for that level of comfort. The breakfast was pretty grim too...

Struggled to get out of the hotel when opted for stairs not the lift. Despite ‘fire exit signs’ the stairs ended up in service rooms & ultimately made my way out via the kitchen. Seriously unimpressed.
