This home is part of the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a friendly resort comunity just seven miles north of Kennebunkport. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with waterfalls, a fire bar, firepits, a community center and clubhouse with a fitness center, and a 68-acre nature preserve with hiking trails winding throughout. There is a game room for the kids with air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard.The community sits adjacent to the Eastern Trail (a 65-mile section of the East Coast Greenway) and only 23 miles south of Portland.
After a day of sunbathing on the beach or swimming in the community pool, come home to relax and unwind outside on the back patio. There's a gas grill for afternoon barbecues and an outdoor dining set for sunset dinners overlooking the neighboring woods.
Built in 2022, the cottage boasts a wonderful sense of ease and polish, with plentiful windows and central air conditioning throughout. Prepare your favorite meals using stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and spend the after-dinner hours curled up on the sofas, playing board games, and streaming movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Property met our expectations. Pretty and airy. My granddaughter is just learning piano and was thrilled to find a small piano when we arrived. The second bedroom was a little small for 2 adults but the cottage was close to our niece's cottage and perfect for our family reunion. Check in was easy except the uncertainty of the gate code since we were renting a car and did not have car details until last minute. All questions were answered quickly and the check-out message was funny.

Anne’s Adagio

The home was clean and well supplied. We appreciated the small touches of boxed supplies for laundry and bathrooms. We had an issue with the timing of the sprinklers but that was resolved within a couple of days of our communication. All in all a lovely place with nice amenities.
