Welcome to our serene farmhouse retreat, featuring wide-plank pine floors, a clean Scandinavian aesthetic, & three cozy bedrooms with air conditioning, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed & a spacious attached bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second queen bedroom & a third bedroom with two twin beds; these rooms share use of a second bathroom downstairs. The home offers a spacious open living, dining, & kitchen area, perfect for gathering, cooking, & relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Kennebunkport. Outside, enjoy an expansive back lawn surrounded by woods, plus a peaceful patio ideal for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding in the evening. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue, beach toys, beach chairs, & other beach amenities stored in the garage. Comfortable, charming, & peaceful, our farmhouse is just minutes from downtown Kennebunkport & lovely Goose Rocks Beach. NOTE: ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTAL (30 days or more).

Overall the condition of the property was excellent. However, the washer, dryer and air conditioning were not working and caused almost two weeks of waiting for repair people to show up make repairs. Our hostess, Annette, was very instrumental in getting repairs made and we most appreciate her efforts.The home was comfortable and the yard was beautiful and we certainly enjoyed the gorgeous Maine weather. Our dog, Daisy, loved the yard and the weather.We would love to visit again in the future. Annette was a wonderful host..
