As a small business owner and a mom of four children, I understand the desire to have a well appointed vacation rental with the beach and other attractions nearby. The safe and protected beach along with the wonderful relaxing feel of the community is what drew our family to Goose Rocks Beach many years ago. It is a very special place!! Located 1 mile from gorgeous Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, enjoy what this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has to offer. In addition to the close proximity to Goose Rocks Beach (a serene 3 mile sandy beach) and a short walk to Goose Rocks Dairy, the property has a Clubhouse with game rooms, pool and ping pong tables, workout facilities and an heated indoor pool with hot tub, a well as an outdoor pool and playground for your enjoyment. Minutes from the condo is the General Store, Wolfe’s Lobster (where they steam the lobsters for you), The Tides Beach Club for lunch and dinner near the beach and the Community House which has weekly memberships for tennis, pickle ball and a wonderful kids’ camp.

This second floor condo is a bright and welcoming space. It has been meticulously maintained by the owners and they have made improvements each season. Upon entering, there is a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and/or evening cocktail. The two bedroom condo featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and a second with a bunk bed as a double and a twin bed, is perfect for families or friends. There are dressers and closets for storage. The main open living area contains a sectional and coffee table for TV viewing and a dining table that seats four which flows into the kitchen area.

The condo has two bathrooms (one full with tub/shower and a half bath), a fully stocked kitchen, tv with cable, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, air conditioning, sheets and towels and beach chairs. Upon your arrival you will be greeted with fresh flowers and baked goods.

Whether you’re unwinding indoors or getting ready for an adventure at the Resort itself, Goose Rocks Beach or other nearby attractions, this tremendous condo provides everything you need. Experience an enchanting stay that feels like a true home away from home. Fall in love with Goose Rocks Beach, Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport and Biddeford Pool and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off Air Conditioner or Heat, and close all windows.
Do not leave the condo with the washing machine and/or dryer running.
Leave the FOB - which gives access to the indoor and outdoor pools & clubhouse - in the condo upon departure. Failure to return the FOB and/or keys to the unit will result in a surcharge of $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed this 2bd condo for our family of 4. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The location was great to get to our surfing beach Fortunes Rock where we went every day. 10 min to the beach and 12 minutes to kennebunk to visit my parents. Kids loved playing pool and ping pong and use of the outdoor pool was lovely. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a great time staying in this condo. We were easily able to go to goose rocks beach each day, with just a 2 minute drive. We used the indoor pool on a rainy day. It was the perfect home base for my family while we vacationed in the Kennebunkport area.
