The only complaint I have about the room is that the pillows are very uncomfortable, and it takes awhile for me to fall asleep. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, convenient, and close to shopping, restaurants, and US 395.

The deluxe king suites king bed had bored underneath because the bed sags in the middle which im assuming it was broke. The shower head barely worked. The hallways werent vacuumed the entire 2 days we stayed ass the food by exit doors were there the entire time. The pool had way to much chlorine and made my 19 month old baby sick and puke and also myself. My 7 year old grandson swam for about 45 minutes and had bad headache after. For the pric3 of the hotel id expect it to be a little better taken care of.

The room we got was the deluxe king suite. The bed sways in the middle of bed like its broke. The shower head is suppose to change but barely comes out. The pool was pretty dirty with wads of hair floating around. Also way to mich chlorine. Somewhat over priced for a hotel thats pretty ran down compared to other hotels near by.

Expedia advertised room was for 4 people when we got there the room was for 3 and only had 1 bed. We had to get 2 roll away beds to accommodate our family which took up all the space. Also was advertised as having a full kitchen, however there were no dishes or utensils, pots or pans. All the cupboards were empty. They never had pool towels available. The furniture in the room didnt fit together. You couldn't fit the dining chairs under the dining table.

Front desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was old and the drain in the tub was broken. They didn’t provide hair conditioner and kitchen equipment was bare minimum. The range can be cleaned better. It caused a burnt smell. The indoor pool had a weird smell.
