The staff was courteous and the room appeared and smelled clean. There was some liquid foundation spilled on the wall in the vanity area. The lobby and hallways smelled nice, the room smelled like bleach or cleaner, which is good, but would be nice if it smelled nice also.

The manager from the start seemed rude but I overlooked it, because what's the use? It's a waste of time to try to reason with those that lack the very essence.. , but I digress.. I rented a room for 2 but had 2 children with us that were ages 6 and 12. Didn't mention them because their VERY policies page said that 2 children so anyway, that manager was quick two deduct the nightly fee for those t lil children and charged me out of my deposit..

I have stayed at the Clover Island Inn 3 times now over the years its just a unique place down by the river with water on 3 sides of you, Previous times I at at the restaurant which was really good, but this time the restaurant & half the hotel were under construction undergoing a remodel. But its always been great place for me and had everything I have needed. Will stay again on my next visit !

They have been working on a remodel for?Years? Beautiful property, great staff, near a great brewery and marina, rooms are worn out, restaurant isn’t open, breakfast reminds me of a Jimmy Buffet song, the price is right, the location is great….the employees are great (had to say it twice). I think they ran out of money

Room on the 2nd floor was very quiet, nicely cleaned, great river view, and the breakfast was great with lots of well-stocked and attended-to options. I will definitely go back next time I need to stay overnight in the Tri-Cities.

the hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as we walked in, it stated no smoking near hotel, but it was clear that there had been smoking near the hotel, especially with cigarette dispose containers at front of hotel. the lake view is really nice. the pool was out of service. at the time that we visited the hotel was under some construction/renovating. the dining area was nice; the decor/style is what stood out to me. Breakfast was good. the room itself definitely needed some upgrades. hence the construction and renovations. The bed was squeaky. we couldn't move in it without making a noise. I don't think I would return to this hotel I would have to wait for all the renovations to be done.
