The two nights I spent in the hood.

They stuck me in the back where all the night action is. The walls have no sound barrier, I could hear the neighbors talking next door and outside, not to say the one dog on one side and the two yippy dogs on the other. The second night, the room was just as I left it, room service didn't even open the door. both nights people knocking on the door. Not a place I would bring my family.

The police showed up for a bust a couple of doors down from my room. Said I could have picked a better motel. This trumps the no USB ports in the room. Had to go to Walgreens to purchase an adapter.

The motel is very rundown. It is kept clean, but the heater/AC had a damaged control screen that made me think I was better off just leaving it alone. I arrived, after a long drive, and thought I would unwind by streaming a movie, but the internet wouldn't supprt it. As a matter of fact, it would not even let me connect to serveral websites I needed to check. This motel has the looks of a facility surviving on a shoestring budget. It was cheap and clean, but that is about the best I can say.
