Run down hotel. Our sofa was being held up by a piece of wood. Window in sitting area had duct tape holding it against the frame. Bathroom run down. Won’t stay there again. Definitely needs to be remodeled.

Filthy all around— doors are open for anyone to enter. Unhoused and mentally ill person loitered right outside room door to use a wall for a charger. First room smelled strongly of smoke and had a hanging smoke detector— 2nd room had strong odor of air freshener trying to mask other odors. All the reviews saying this location is clean must be AI.

The first floor room did not have a privacy panel covering the window to the parking lot and the comforter was stained. Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work well. Staff was helpful.

The staff was kind and approachable. No complaints with the friendly chatter there. The exterior doors never locked letting whoever roam the hallways at night. Homeless guy staying in the parking lot the entire weekend, transit/ random people roaming the parking lot and hanging out by entryway stairs, people running down the hallway all hours of the night made our family feel unsafe and uneasy making it hard to enjoy our stay. The smell of musky cigarette smell lingered in both our rooms. With small kids and being nonsmokers that was very unpleasant. We hope our honest criticism can help you improve the stay of others in the future.

I feel like I got cat fished by the photos and reviews. There are many hotels in the area that for about the same price that are much nicer. The room and hallway smelled like smoke, this place definitely violates the ADA, and there needs to be security around the back of the hotel where you have to park and enter for half the rooms because it is unsafe.
