Don’t stay here

Went to the room, seen the condition,dirty, smelled like mold and had bugs in the bed, turned around and asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. This place shouldn’t even be open

We prefer the Red Lion Inns, at least the few we have gone to. This one, like the others, is an older hotel. For some that is a problem. For us, as long as it is clean, we love them because they are almost always a larger rooms than the newer hotels. They are comfortable and clean. The inconveniences are not enough to dissuade us from making them our first look.

I would have given this hotel a 5 star review. Breakfast was supposed to be available starting at 6am, however, both days I stayed there, there wasn't anyone to open the restaurant. I stuck around until 6:30 hoping to get breakfast, but nobody ever showed. I prepaid for these breakfasts at the time I booked the room. If the restaurant wasn't going to be open then the hotel should have mentioned this at the time I checked in. It looks really bad when a hotel promises breakfast to be open at a certain time and it isn't. My advice for others staying here would be to save your money and stay somewhere where they do what they say instead of paying for a service that doesn't happen.

The hotel just feels dirty. Walks in the hallways looked dirty. Could smell weed from rooms. No smoking allowed but my room smelled like cigarettes. If I wasn’t in a pinch I wouldn’t stay here. Hotel needs a significant facelift.
