Mid Century Modern Studio w/ Full Kitchen - Newly Built

Our MCM Studio apartment is a one block walk to the picturesque village of Kent yet surrounded by fields, woods and is along the Housatonic River. Kent features 9 restaurants, several boutiques, art galleries, chocolate & coffee shop, a book store, the Sloane-Stanley Museum and more. We are minutes from Kent Falls, Lake Waramaug State Park, Macedonia State Park and three private schools.
Our new MCM studio apartment has a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, electric fireplace, bathroom with heated floor and beautiful views. Located on a private lane, it has self check in and a private entrance, patio looking out to the fields. It is a separate structure from our home.

We also offer in quarters breakfast, and other meals. Inquire for menu options.

I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.

Tastefully decorated studio, in a beautiful setting, in the picturesque small town of Kent. Apartment seems newly decorated and brand new furniture and appliances, kitchennette with everyhting you need. Nespresso pods, half-n-haf, bottled water, and assortmnet of snacks were provided! Wish all rental experiences could be like this! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

The mid-century studio is even cuter than in the photos! Perfect location with walk to town and the wonderful restaurants there. Perfect for a couple. (I highly recommend the almond croissant at Wilsons.) The place is spotlessly clean and easy/quick communications with our host. The snack basket was perfect and the extra water bottles in the fridge saved us on a hike. We will definitely be back, maybe to paddle the nearby Housatonic. :)
